This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the g-staff.pl project (hereinafter — the Website), being a licensee of the Golden Staff online English learning software platform, may receive about the user while they use the site.

Use of the g-staff.pl project constitutes the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and to the terms of processing of their personal data set out in it; if the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Website.

Personal data of users that the g-staff.pl Website receives and processes

1.1. For the purposes of this Policy, "user personal data" means information that the user provides about themselves during registration (creating an account) or while using the Website, as well as information automatically transmitted by the Website during use via software installed on the user's device, including information from cookies.

1.1.1. Personal data may be obtained by the Website during user registration through authorization via https://facebook.com and other social networks.

1.2. The user confirms that the personal data they have provided belongs to them personally.

1.3. The user's consent to the processing of their personal data is specific and informed in the context of the provisions of the "GDPR", i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Purposes of collecting and processing user personal data

2.1. The Website collects and stores only personal data that is necessary to provide services.

2.2. The user's personal data may be used by the Website for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the user on the Website;

2.2.2. Providing the user with personalized services and educational and advisory services;

2.2.3. Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Website, improving the quality of the Website and the development of new services;

2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.

Processing of the user's personal data by the Website

3.1. The user grants the g-staff.pl project the right to perform the following actions (operations) on personal data:

3.1.1. Collect and accumulate personal data;

3.1.2. Store the user's personal data for the reporting storage period specified by regulatory documents, but no less than three years from the date the user ceases to use the Website's services;

3.1.3. Clarify (update, change) the user's personal data;

3.1.4. Use it for the purposes specified in this Policy;

3.1.5. Delete the user's personal data;

3.1.6. Transfer it to third parties, subject to measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access, and within the framework of applicable law.

3.2. The user may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data they have provided or any part of it, as well as their privacy settings, using the personal data editing function in their personal account on the Website.

3.3. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, as well as a request to clarify personal data or to delete it in whole or in part, may be made by sending the user's corresponding request in simple written form to the e-mail address.

3.4. The security of personal data is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable law on the protection of personal data. The Website ensures the security of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

3.5. The target audience that chooses to use the Website is adults; however, there may be cases where a person under 18 decides to review the services on the Website or purchase the relevant services. If we obtain reliable information that a user is under 18, we will not use the consumer's Personal Data for marketing purposes unless this Policy has been accepted by the parents (or other legal representatives) of the minor.

Persons under 18 may not have access to certain parts of the Website. The Website administration may use the user's personal data to verify their age and apply certain age restrictions.

3.6. When processing users' personal data, the Website is guided by the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Personal Data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

4.1. The Website reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy enters into force upon its publication, unless the new version of the Policy provides otherwise. 4.2. This Policy and the relationship between the user and the Website arising in connection with the application of the Policy are governed by the law of Ukraine.

Final provisions

5.1. The consent given as part of the acceptance of this Policy is valid for the entire period of use of the Website and existence of the user account from the moment personal data is provided, and may be revoked in accordance with clause 3.3 of the Policy.
